At Glacier Rolls, we want every event booking to run smoothly. Please read the following before confirming your booking.
Your event date is only secured once we confirm your booking in writing and your booking deposit has been paid.
A deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance must be paid by the date shown on your invoice or booking confirmation.
Any changes to guest numbers, timings, menu choices, or event details must be sent to us in writing and are subject to availability.
Clients must ensure that we have safe access, enough space to set up, and any agreed power supply or shelter requirements. Please tell us in advance about venue restrictions, stairs, parking issues, or limited access times.
For outdoor events, a suitable level surface and weather protection may be required. We reserve the right to pause or stop service if weather conditions create a safety or food hygiene risk.
Please tell us in advance about any known allergies or dietary requirements. We take care when handling allergen information, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless specifically agreed in writing. Guests with severe allergies should speak to a member of our team before consuming any products.
If you need to cancel, please let us know in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply depending on how much notice is given.
Date changes are subject to availability. Where possible, we may transfer your deposit to a new date once.
